Best Kisser, Best Date, and More! Bachelorette Katie Thurston Dishes on Her 'Great' Guys and 'Roller Coaster' Journey
Before tonight’s anticipated Season 17 premiere of “The Bachelorette,” Katie Thurston stopped by “Good Morning America” to dish on her journey leading the franchise.
“It’s like a roller coaster when you’re slowly creeping up. It’s very fine, it’s fun, you’re getting ready,” she told correspondent Kaylee Hartung during an interview that aired Monday morning. “[But] you get to that top [and then] it drops.”
Asked how she feels about watching the ups and downs of her “Bachelorette” experience play back on TV, Katie admitted that it’s “going to be hard.”
“I’ll be honest, there’s more than one person that I do fall for,” explained the stunning Washington native, who Bachelor Nation first met earlier this year on Matt James’ Season 25 of “The Bachelor.”
Katie — who has ardently expressed her delight at the caliber of men who came out to compete for her final rose — elaborated, “Like I said, you have a great group of men — what do you expect? And, so, watching those emotions back and those connections form, I think that is going to be a little tough.”
Though she was careful not to reveal too much about how her story unfolds, Katie was game to hand out superlatives to her contestants. She named Greg the “best kisser,” Justin the “most attractive,” Andrew S. the “most sincere,” and said that Connor B. — who arrived on night one wearing a cat costume — had the “best entrance.”
Meanwhile, Michael A. racked up these three titles: “best date,” “best husband material,” and the man who would make the “best father.”
Katie was also asked who she fell in love with, to which she confidently stated, “Myself.”
Watch Katie’s entire “GMA” interview below — and be sure to tune in to the “Bachelorette” Season 17 premiere tonight on ABC at 8 p.m. ET!
