Lauren Burnham Luyendyk Would 'Support' Her Kids Going on the Bachelor Franchise
Weeks after welcoming twins — a boy named Lux and a girl named Senna — with husband Arie Luyendyk Jr., Lauren Burnham Luyendyk pondered in a new interview with Us Weekly whether she would encourage her children to one day appear on the Bachelor franchise.
“I don’t know. Whatever [my kids] want to do, I’ll support it,” said Lauren, who also shares daughter Alessi, 2, with Arie. “But [they’ll] definitely have the insight going into it.”
As fans are well aware, Lauren and Arie met and fell in love on “The Bachelor” Season 22 in 2018. One year later, they tied the knot in a gorgeous wedding ceremony in Hawaii.
Asked whether she and Arie will let their children watch their parents’ story one day, Lauren replied, “We’ll probably wait until they’re mature enough to really understand what’s happening, but I don’t mind if they want to watch it someday.”

Lauren and Arie announced the June 11 birth of their twins earlier this month. “@Luyendyktwins are here!” Arie wrote on his Instagram Story at the time. “Momma and babies are doing great and everything went smoothly. Spending time cherishing these moments, thank you all for all the support.”
The Scottsdale, Arizona-based couple revealed the exciting news in December that Lauren was pregnant again following a devastating miscarriage in May 2020. Days later, they revealed that they were expecting two bundles of joy.
