Lauren Burnham Luyendyk Marks 1 Month of Being a Mom to Twins: 'A Whole New Challenge'
More babies mean more work — but a whole lot more love to give!
Lauren Burnham Luyendyk took to Instagram on Sunday to mark one month of being a mom to her newborn twins, son Lux and daughter Senna, whom she welcomed with husband Arie Luyendyk Jr. on June 11.
“one month w/ our babies,” Lauren wrote alongside an adorable video montage of her bundles of joy, adding, “twin parenting is a whole new challenge, but loving every minute w/ you, lux & senna.”
Arie — who also shares daughter Alessi, 2, with Lauren — replied in the comments section, writing, “I feel like we’ll look back at this video 1000x.”

Lauren’s post comes weeks after she revealed in an interview with Us Weekly that she would encourage her kids to one day appear on the Bachelor franchise.
“Whatever [my kids] want to do, I’ll support it,” said the mother of three, who lives with her family in Scottsdale, Arizona. “But [they’ll] definitely have the insight going into it.”
As fans are well aware, Lauren and Arie met and fell in love on “The Bachelor” Season 22 in 2018. One year later, they tied the knot in a gorgeous wedding ceremony in Hawaii.
Asked whether she and Arie will let their children watch their parents’ story one day, Lauren replied, “We’ll probably wait until they’re mature enough to really understand what’s happening, but I don’t mind if they want to watch it someday.”
