Krystal Nielson Channels Britney in Nude Pregnancy Shoot and Shares Powerful Message for Fellow Moms
Nearly four months after welcoming daughter Andara with boyfriend Miles Bowles, Krystal Nielson took to Instagram on Thursday to share photos from a stunning Britney Spears-inspired pregnancy shoot — along with a powerful message for fellow moms.
“The advice I would give to myself for my next pregnancy? To just f*cking OWN it. To own the journey,” the Bachelor Nation star captioned a series of images in which she is seen baring her baby bump in nothing but body glitter and sparkling crystal embellishments — a clear nod to Britney’s 2004 “Toxic” music video.
“To own the changes, as they are only temporary. To own the beauty of our bodies as it grows another life,” Krystal continued. “Because growth is necessary for change to occur.”
The franchise alum went on to acknowledge that “we are left with marks and scars as a friendly reminder of what we accomplished” such as delivering a child.
“And that deserves to be celebrated,” she added. “So fix your hair, put on some Britney and go OWN today.”
Krystal concluded her post with the ubiquitous #FreeBritney hashtag, showing her support for the pop superstar as she fights her father, Jamie Spears, in court and takes steps to end a 13-year conservatorship that she has described as “abusive.”
