Deandra Kanu Goes Viral on TikTok Over ‘Paradise’ Elimination Video
Fans met Deandra Kanu on Season 24 of “The Bachelor,” and this summer she was back on our screens looking for another shot at love on “Bachelor in Paradise” Season 7.
While she left the beach this week after struggling to form a strong romantic connection, she has been taking her departure in stride.
Deandra has posted a series of hilarious videos about her “BIP” exit, including one where she jokingly called out Ivan Hall for not returning the favor to her with a friendship rose.
But one of Deandra’s videos has totally blown up on TikTok, gaining over 1.8 million views and around 180,000 likes in just a few days.
In the video, she is seen stumbling back into her house with her luggage and a pilot hat and sunglasses nearly falling off. The pilot hat is seemingly a nod to Peter Weber’s season of “The Bachelor” and the sunglasses are likely a nod to “Paradise.”
On the video, Deandra wrote, “Me arriving back home to my family after a 2nd failed attempt at love.”
The video had fans cracking up in the comments, and Deandra captioned the video showing that she didn’t take her eliminations too seriously. She wrote, “I’m completely kidding, we find love elsewhere. #bachelorinparadise #bachelor.”
Many fans noted that Deandra’s “TikTok game is fire” and that they are “going to miss her energy on the show.”
Earlier this week, she took to Instagram to thank Bachelor Nation fans for all the love she’s gotten since her time on “Paradise.”

She wrote, “I can’t express my gratitude to bachelor nation for the amount of support and love I’ve felt these past weeks as the show has aired. ... I had so much fun being there and would not change anything looking back. I can’t wait for you to see the love and friendships that have blossomed from paradise.
