Ashley Hebert & J.P. Rosenbaum Share Sweet Posts for Son Ford’s 7th Birthday and Celebrate as a Family
Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum met on Season 7 of “The Bachelorette” and tied the knot on TV in 2012. In October 2020, the couple announced their decision to split following a monthslong separation.
But despite their divorce, the two have kept a united front for their family. The former Bachelorette and her ex have been focused on co-parenting their two children, son Ford and daughter Essex.
Earlier this year, Ashley took to social media to share that while “Divorce is hard no matter what,” she can “always count on J.P. to take the kids out on adventures and keep their days filled with fun activities.”
She thanked her ex in the post and wrote that she was “grateful.”
And the two are continuing their united front for Ford’s seventh birthday this week.
Both Ashley and J.P. shared sweet posts to celebrate their son, with Ashley writing, “Happy 7th Birthday to my dear Ford. You are strong, smart, fun, and you always have me laughing (or crying). You keep me on my toes and drive me crazy sometimes, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. There is no one like you!!!”

J.P. also took to Instagram to show Ford some b-day love, sharing adorable photos and writing, “This young man turned 7 today!! Wow, I can’t believe how fast that was!! This guy brings smiles to whomever he meets. He has the most delicious personality and kindest heart of anyone I’ve ever known, and to say that I love you beyond words, that just doesn’t do it.”

Ashley and J.P. also shared via Instagram Stories that they went out to dinner as a family to a hibachi restaurant in celebration of Ford’s special day.
This isn’t the first time that Ashley and J.P. have reunited since announcing their split. They celebrated Essex’s birthday together last November, and Ashley drove J.P. home from a surgery to repair his meniscus last December.
