Alana Milne Wishes Chris Conran a Happy Birthday in Sweet Post: ‘They Never Said It Would Be Easy, They Only Said It Would Be Worth It’
Alana Milne and Chris Conran’s relationship may have stirred up drama during Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” but these two are still going strong.
Ever since they left the beaches of “Paradise,” Alana and Chris have been together and have been sharing their love with Bachelor Nation fans on social media.

The two have posted photos and videos from date nights and group hangs with other Bachelor Nation stars, and now Alana just shared a special post for Chris’ birthday.
To celebrate her boyfriend turning 29, Alana took to Instagram and shared a video compilation of their time together, including sweet kissing moments and cuddles.
Alongside the video, Alana wrote, “You bring endless laughs, happiness and love into my life. I’m so happy to be able to celebrate with you. No matter what we’re doing I always feel lucky to have you by my side. Thank you for making me feel so incredibly loved each and every day. Cheers to 29, and many many more.”
The Bachelor Nation star continued, adding, “They never said it would be easy, they only said it would be worth it 😉.”

And clearly their relationship, drama and all, has been worth it for these two because they seem happier than ever.
Chris reposted Alana’s video to his IG story and wrote, “Thank you and love you Alana” with the kissing face emoji.
He also shared that she cooked him a homemade birthday breakfast of an omelette with pâté and caviar, avocado toast, and bacon.
Many fellow Bachelor Nation stars chimed in on Alana’s post to wish Chris a happy birthday.
Abigail Heringer, Pieper James, Anna Redman, Chasen Nick, and more all sent Chris some birthday love in the comments.
