20 Questions with Olumide: Find Out What He Learned on ‘The Bachelorette,’ Plus: Where He Sees Himself in 5 Years
Fans are getting to know Olumide on Michelle Young’s season of “The Bachelorette.” He’s currently vying for Michelle’s heart and looking for love with the Bachelorette.
After Olu and Michelle connected during this week’s group date, he stopped by the “Bachelor Happy Hour” podcast where he opened up about his strong reaction to Michelle feeling unseen.
The Bachelor Nation star said Michelle’s story hit close to home for him because of his experience with his own family.
Olumide opened up about getting emotional saying, “I understood what she meant. These are struggles that my younger sisters went through, coming to me as the older brother saying, ‘Olu, I don’t feel beautiful. People are saying this about me.’ So I just reflected back on the past and my upbringing and everything I’ve dealt with. It just touched my heart and I just cried. I had no choice but to cry.”
