Sarah Herron Shares IVF Update on Embryo Transfer Day: ‘Little Embryo #1 Let’s Do This!’
Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of “The Bachelor.” Sarah also hit the beaches of “Bachelor in Paradise” on Seasons 1 and 3 in hopes of finding love.
While she ended up finding love and getting engaged off-screen to her fiancé Dylan Brown, Sarah has kept Bachelor Nation fans up with her life on social media over the years.
Sarah has been extremely honest and candid about important topics like fertility, egg freezing, limb differences, and mental health with her followers.
And now she’s sharing an important step in the IVF process with her fans: the embryo transfer.
If you’ve been keeping up with Sarah, you know that she froze her eggs with the help of her doctor Dr. Aimee Eyvazzadeh, aka The Egg Whisperer.
Back in August, Sarah revealed that she and Dylan weren’t focused on setting a wedding date, but instead they were “planning on focusing on IVF for the foreseeable future.”
And that’s exactly what they’ve been doing! The couple shared that of the 10 eggs retrieved, nine became fertilized, and three were perfectly healthy embryos ready to transfer.

The Bachelor Nation star also wrote, “Never in my wildest dreams did I think I’d get to do this with someone as special as you, Dylan. Thank you for making an incredible life with me. However this journey plans out, I’m at peace (and utter joy) knowing that it will be with you. Little embryo #1 let’s do this!”
Dylan commented on Sarah’s post, writing, “I love you” and “Life is such a wild journey, glad we have each other.”
