Nicole Lopez-Alvar Shares Her Recipe for Copycat Chipotle-Style Chicken: ‘This Chicken Is So Freaking Bomb!’
Talk about droolworthy!
Bachelor Nation star and resident foodie Nicole Lopez-Alvar just shared an easy, healthy recipe that looks absolutely delicious.
If you’ve been keeping up with Nicole since her time on Season 23 of “The Bachelor” and Season 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” you know that she isn’t afraid to share her love of food.
Nicole has posted countless restaurant guides, recipes, and food photos that are sure to make you hungry as you scroll through her feed.
Her latest post is a recipe you can easily make at home. The Bachelor Nation star took to Instagram to share her copycat Chipotle-style chicken, which she says tastes just like the chicken at Chipotle.
Nicole starts with two pounds of chicken breast and slices them in half while she sets her oven to preheat to 475 degrees on the broil setting.

She then puts the chicken breasts in a plastic bag so she can flatten them out with a meat mallet. This step isn’t necessary, Nicole said, but she prefers the way the chicken cooks after it’s flattened.
Next, she lays the chicken breasts out on a pan and seasons both sides equally with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and chili powder.
Sounds easy enough!
After seasoning, the chicken goes into the preheated oven for five to six minutes before taking it out to flip each piece so it can go back in for another five to six minutes.
The chicken should cook for 10 to 12 minutes total. As always with chicken, make sure the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
Once the chicken is cooked, you can let it rest for a couple minutes before the last step, which is just chopping it up!
This chicken can be tossed into any salad or bowl, or it can just be eaten on its own.
Nicole also put some away in a Tupperware container to eat later. This is a great prep food you can make and add to meals throughout the week!
