Bachelor Nation Stars Thank Teachers in Celebration of Michelle Young’s Upcoming Finale
Thank you, teachers!
As Bachelor Nation fans know, our beloved Bachelorette Michelle Young has been balancing her double life looking for love on national television while still showing up for her fifth-grade students every day.
Despite being busier than ever as the Bachelorette, Michelle has prioritized her passion of teaching youth and making a difference in the world.
And so, Michelle’s fellow Bachelor Nation stars took a moment to say thank you to Michelle and all the other teachers out there for the incredible work they do.
Jessenia Cruz kicked things off by thanking teachers for “all of their hard work, all of their sacrifices they make, and all the patience it takes them to form the minds of the people of our future.”
Mike Johnson chimed in and shared a story about why he loves teachers so much.
He said, “I was the class clown at school, but I was also very diligent with my work, mainly in math class. So I want to say thank you to all of my teachers. I seriously remember the rhymes you guys have taught me and I remember my fifth-grade teacher putting me in check as I needed to be and it still sticks with me today.”

Tia Booth said that teachers’ hard work “is so important and does not go unnoticed” and Joe Amabile shared that he “wishes I was a better student in school, but I wouldn’t be here without you!”
Mari Pepin said teachers are an “instrumental part of so many lives including my own,” and Ben Higgins shared that he still remembers his early education teachers and the impact they had on him.
Becca Kufrin gave a special shout-out to teachers because of how they’ve been so flexible and adaptable during COVID and added, “You do not get paid enough!”
Bryan Abasolo thanked teachers for “educating and forming the minds of our future generation” and many other Bachelor Nation stars shared their thank yous as well.
