Mari Pepin Shares Easy Resistance Band Arm Workout You Can Do from Anywhere!
Fans first met Mari Pepin on Season 25 of “The Bachelor,” and we saw her find love with her fiancé Kenny Braasch on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
And if you’ve been keeping up with Mari since her time on the shows, you know she’s been continuing to share her life with Bachelor Nation fans on social media.
Mari shares everything from her favorite recipes to what she eats in a day to her favorite workout routines.
This week, she shared her easy resistance band workout that the Bachelor Nation star says can be done from the gym, home, or anywhere, as long as you have resistance bands!
If you aren’t familiar with resistance bands, they are elastic bands used for strength training.
The bands are typically color coded to show different levels of resistance and they are super lightweight, which means they are easy to take with you on the go.
You don’t need weights to start your strength training journey, Mari has you covered!
Alongside a video of the step-by-step workout, Mari wrote, “Quick and easy resistance band arm workout! When I can’t get to the gym for a full workout, I’ll pull out my bands and do this workout at home + some abs! At home I use resistance bands that I got from Amazon.”
