This Week in Bachelor Nation History: Desiree Hartsock Siegfried & Chris Siegfried Get Married!
Congrats are in order!
Former Bachelorette Desiree Hartsock Siegfried and her husband Chris Siegfried got married seven years ago!
This week in Bachelor Nation history, we’re celebrating the Bachelor Nation couple’s relationship as they enjoy another anniversary together.
Fans first met Desiree on Season 17 of “The Bachelor.” While things didn’t work out between Desiree and Sean Lowe, Des went on to be the Season 9 Bachelorette.
Throughout the ups and downs of her journey as “The Bachelorette,” Chris Siegfried continued to show up for Des regardless of what happened with the other men.
She eventually gave Chris her final rose and got emotional as she spoke to him on the last day of her journey.

During the final episode, Desiree told Chris, “The one thing I needed has always been right in front of me. You’ve always been by my side from the very beginning. You never lost sight of what we could be, and for that I am so grateful. I thank you every day for never giving up, and you mean the absolute world to me. I love you. I love you so much.”
Chris proposed and the two got married January 18, 2015, at the stunning Wayfarers Chapel atop the rocky cliffs of Rancho Palos Verdes.
And to celebrate their anniversary, Des took to Instagram and wrote “WOW what a beautiful journey we’ve been on since. Every day I thank God for you and our little family! I can’t wait to see where God takes us! Love you babe so much! Always falling forward.”
We just love their love!
And as their love has continued to grow, so has their family.
The fan favorite couple now share two children together, Asher Wrigley and Zander Cruz.
