Becca Tilley Shares Powerful Message About Body Positivity and Self-Love
Becca Tilley is speaking the truth!
Bachelor Nation fans know and love Becca from Seasons 19 and 20 of “The Bachelor.”
Since her time on the shows, Becca has kept Bachelor Nation up with her life on social media, where she has millions of followers.
And this week, Becca shared an important message about self-love and body positivity with her fans.
She took to her IG Stories and wrote, “A gentle reminder that no one is going to remember you and thinking about how flat your stomach was, or how big your thigh gap was, or how toned and small your arms were, or the size of your nose and lips.”
The Bachelor Nation star continued, writing, “They will be reflecting on things like ‘She was so funny! She made me laugh like no one else could!’ or ‘she was always willing to help someone, I’ll never forget when she showed up for me in a hard time.’”
What a good reminder!
Becca concluded her post by writing, “Take some pressure off yourself and try to focus on the things about you that people will remember and talk about.”
