Katie Morton Shares Advice on Staying Positive While Being Single, Plus: Which Fellow Bachelor Nation Stars She’s Closest With
Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Katie Morton on Season 23 of “The Bachelor” and Season 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since her time on the shows, Katie has been keeping fans up with her life on social media.
This week, she answered questions during a Q&A about everything from her Bachelor Nation BFFs to some good lessons she’s learned during difficult times.
Katie started off by answering how she deals with being single while everyone around seems to be in relationships.
The Bachelor Nation star said, “TBH being single has its major pros, although it doesn’t always seem like it. And don’t compare your situation to others. No one’s relationships are perfect. So keep nurturing that relationship with yourself until the time comes.”
She continued on, adding, “Enjoy that ‘you’ time! Trust the timing and be selfish in doing the things you want to do.”
Katie also shared that she and her last boyfriend James Rowe had split due to long distance and no timeline of living in the same place in sight.
So someone asked for a good lesson she’s learned from a hard time and Katie said, “Treat yourself like someone you are responsible for helping.”
Love that!
And if you’re having trouble making that time for yourself, Katie suggests “using a Google calendar and planning ahead!”
She said, “Schedule everything in, including ‘you’ time. I know that sounds silly, but if you don’t you may never ‘find’ the time. You have to make the time.”

Katie was asked who she’s closest with from the Bachelor Nation franchise, and she shared a photo of herself hugging Hannah Godwin and Heather Martin.
