20 Questions with Serene: Find Out Her Favorite Part of Being on ‘The Bachelor’ and Her Funny Hidden Talent
Fans are getting to know Serene on Clayton’s season of “The Bachelor,” and she made a great first impression on Bachelor Nation.
After receiving a one-on-one date with Clayton, she stopped by the “Talking It Out with Bachelor Nation” podcast and shared more about tragically losing her grandmother.
During her date with Clayton, Serene shared how difficult this was loss was for her because her grandmother helped raise her.
Serene told co-hosts Mike Johnson and Bryan Abasolo about the last time she saw her grandma after her unexpected heart attack.
The Bachelor Nation star shared, “She just clutched my hand and said, ‘I love you so much.’ I just said, ‘I love you too. Where is this coming from?’ And she just wanted to tell me that she loves me very much. That was the last time I talked to her. It was really tough and so unexpected.”
And there’s still a lot to learn about Serene that we haven’t seen yet on-screen.

1. A taboo topic I love talking about is: That soft tacos are really just tiny burritos.
2. I think a celebrity couple that is the definition of #relationshipgoals is: Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. That man is always ready to risk it all for her and they’re so cute 😭.
3. My guilty pleasure is: I have a shoe addiction… but it’s a great thing!
4. The best relationship advice I ever received was: If you truly love someone because of who they are — love them right where they are. Also, don’t try to change them.
5. My zodiac sign is ___________ and my most [insert zodiac sign] trait would be: Gemini — that I am extremely inquisitive and talkative with the right people.
6. My biggest pet peeve is: People that lack empathy.
7. The first thing I do when I wake up is: Get that big stretch in and make espresso. I’m a night owl so I need the extra help getting started. 😂
8. My last meal on earth would be: Enchiladas with sour cream sauce — TexMex is my whole life.
9. The song that always gets me pumped up is: Anything Megan Thee Stallion!
10. My hidden talent is: Um... I don’t know if it’s a talent, but I can bark like a small dog 😂 also am not sure how I figured this out haha!
11. The movie I’ve rewatched the most is: Any “Star Wars” movie!
12. The last thing I Googled is: …“Is it normal for my cat to snore like a grown man?”
13. My favorite part of being on “The Bachelor” was: That it’s a once-in-a-lifetime experience that can’t really be duplicated. It’s going to be so different for each person involved but for sure gives you memories that will last!
14. Being on “The Bachelor” taught me: That people really eat shrimp like that.
15. My celebrity crush is: Harry Styles / A$AP Rocky.
16. My advice for anyone who goes on “The Bachelor” is: Be ready to go with the flow and be your most authentic self!
17. If I had to hang out with only three people from Bachelor Nation for the rest of my life, it would be: This is hard — but out of the people I’ve met, I’d say Hunter, Teddi, and Susie. Those three have made me laugh till I cried so many times. 😂
18. If you go on “The Bachelor,” don’t forget to pack: Your own mirror. I was always the last person to get up / first person ready when we were at the mansion and this is why. 😂
19. Something I still have from my time on “The Bachelor” is: Random snacks from different places… I hoarded them (bc I keep that thang on me) and now they’re keepsakes (weird ones 😂).
20. Where do you see yourself in 5 years: With my guy and working on having at least a few little ones running around.
