Fans have gotten to know Genevieve on Clayton’s season of “The Bachelor,” and there’s still a lot to learn about her that we haven’t seen onscreen.
Here, she opens up exclusively to BachelorNation.com, answering 20 rapid-fire questions.
Get to know Genevieve a little better below!
1. A taboo topic I love talking about is: Mental health.
2. I think a celebrity couple that is the definition of #relationshipgoals is: Sean and Catherine Lowe. I actually watched their season and still to this day love their relationship. They have a big family that loves to joke around, they make fun of each other, and are always having fun with their kids. Also Chrissy Teigen and John Legend for similar reasons.
3. My guilty pleasure is: Ordering way too much sushi for one person and putting on whatever crime show I’m currently bingeing while I finish all of it.
4. The best relationship advice I ever received was: Life is short. Be with someone that brings out the best in you. Never miss an opportunity to tell your partner you love them.
5. My zodiac sign is ___________ and my most [insert zodiac sign] trait would be: Gemini. I get bored easier than a child. I also ask 100 questions when I meet someone, and I Google things all day. I love learning new random facts.
6. My biggest pet peeve is: When people don’t use manners. Please and thank you, holding the door for someone behind you, etc. Also when someone can’t admit they’re wrong and apologize.
7. The first thing I do when I wake up is: Look at the clock and hope I have time to stay in bed and slowly wake up for 30 more minutes.
8. My last meal on earth would be: Short rib pappardelle pasta with a medium rare filet on top (yes, stop judging), and Brussels sprouts. And sour straws for dessert.
9. The song that always gets me pumped up is: “Irreplaceable” by Beyoncé.
10. My hidden talent is: Elephant memory. I’d say I remember 99 percent of everything anyone tells me.
11. My current phone screen saver is: My little baby, Ellie. She’s not a human; she’s a 12-lb. shih-tzu who I absolutely adore.
12. The person that inspires me the most is: My mom and dad. They both hold the most special places in my heart and I wouldn’t be who I am today if it weren’t for them. My mother, being a nurse, is loving, smart, and truly has a passion for helping people, which I admire. My father is hardworking, driven, and is the most generous person I’ve ever known.
13. The movie I’ve rewatched the most is: That’s tough. I’d say “Southpaw” or “No Strings Attached.”
14. The last thing I Googled is: “How do I open my trunk.” Long story short, I got a new car and I’m confused.
15. My favorite part of being on “The Bachelor” was: Being able to travel the world with some of the most incredible women and meeting friends I will have for a lifetime.
16. Being on “The Bachelor” taught me: It’s important to be vulnerable and let your walls down, and it’s okay to be emotional and to let others see those emotions. I also realized I’m a lot stronger than I ever imagined and I’m absolutely ready for everything that I went there looking for.
17. My celebrity crush is: It was Channing Tatum for the longest time, but recently there’s something about Jake Gyllenhaal…
18. My advice for anyone who goes on “The Bachelor” is: Always make sure to stay true to yourself and try to focus on your relationship as much as you can given all the drama. Having a journal was the best thing for me — just writing down your feelings helps a lot and it’s nice to be able to look back on.
19. If I had to hang out with only three people from Bachelor Nation for the rest of my life, it would be: Serena Pitt, Becca Kufrin, and Kaitlyn Bristowe.
20. Where do you see yourself in 5 years: I see myself on the East Coast in a nice town outside of Boston in a healthy and happy marriage. A husband who is caring, funny, smart, and the best father. Hopefully a few kids already… I want to have four eventually. Traveling often with my family. Having a career doing something where I can help others, and just growing and becoming happier every day as a family.
