Jen Saviano Shares Her Birth Plan and Hospital Bag Packing List in 38-Week Bumpdate Posts!

Earlier this year, Jen Saviano surprised Bachelor Nation fans with her pregnancy announcement and introduced her boyfriend Landon Ricker.
Fans first met the Bachelor Nation star on Season 20 of “The Bachelor.” Jen also went on to return for Seasons 3 and 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Now, she’s gearing up to be a first-time mama and took to Instagram to share how she’s preparing now that she’s 38 weeks along.
Her baby boy is set to arrive in the next couple weeks, so Jen shared what she’s bringing in her hospital bag along with her birth plan.
With her birth plan, Jen wrote, “A lot of this is standard and you have to be flexible as birth can be unpredictable. But, the point of a birth plan is to be upfront and direct with what you want and what you’re comfortable with.”
She shared that she redacted some information because “opinions (please save them)” but wanted to show “some things to include if it’s of help to anyone!”
Jen also provided her hospital bag list, including what she’s bringing for herself, her baby, and anything else just for relaxation and comfort.
But she made sure to note, “The reality is, if you just show up to the hospital in labor with nothing but the clothes on your back — they will have everything you and your baby need! The hospital bag is purely for comfort.”

Jen continued, saying, “You actually don’t definitively know what you’ll need, what you won’t need, and what you will feel most comfortable with having there,” so she’s just packing up a bag regardless because she’d rather have more than less.
The mom-to-be said that having anything and everything will “give me peace of mind.”
That’s some great advice, and hopefully Jen’s tips can help other expectant parents. We can’t wait to meet her little one as soon as he arrives!
