EXCLUSIVE: Maurissa Gunn Reveals She’s ‘Still Looking for Love’ After Breakup with Riley Christian

Fans first met Maurissa Gunn on Season 24 of “The Bachelor,” and we watched her love story with Riley Christian unfold on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
The two got engaged at the end of Season 7, but a few months later, they announced they were splitting up.
In January, Maurissa and Riley revealed they were ending their engagement, saying, “We have decided to go our separate ways. Never did we imagine this, but we’ve come to a point where we both need to work on ourselves.”
Now, Maurissa stopped by for an exclusive chat with BachelorNation.com, where she revealed what she wants Bachelor Nation fans to know about her now.
The Bachelor Nation star said now that it’s been a few months since her breakup, “I want Bachelor Nation to know that I’m still looking for love. Love is the most important thing to me. I want a husband. Seriously, it sucks!”

Maurissa continued on, saying, “It really sucks, coming out of an experience where you think everyone is looking for that. Especially when you think you found it, like a ring on your finger and everything.”
The Bachelor Nation star said she still believes in the process of the Bachelor Nation shows and hasn’t lost hope.
She said, “I know this experience can work, but it takes two to make it work.”
