Kelsey Weier Shares a Wednesday Workout That Will Get You Over the Midweek Hump

Bachelor Nation fans first met Kelsey Weier on Season 24 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since her time on the shows, Kelsey has kept her hundreds of thousands of followers up with her life on social media, sharing everything from her Bachelor Nation friendships to her favorite restaurants and more!
And this week, Kelsey shared a “Wednesday Workout” that will get you sweating through the midweek hump.
Alongside the workout, Kelsey shared a photo of herself in the gym and wrote, “Been sleeping in the last two days… I realized I can’t hang like I used to! But we’re back and thriving again!”

For her workout, Kelsey starts with a 10-minute incline walk on the treadmill before moving into her circuit. Then, after she completes the circuit, she hops back on the treadmill for a 20-minute incline walk.
Talk about getting both cardio AND strength in!

- Dumbbell shoulder press — 3 sets of 12 reps
- Dumbbell front raises — 3 sets of 12 reps
- Dumbbell lateral raises — 3 sets of 12 reps
- Russian twists — 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Heel taps — 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps
- Side planks — 20 to 40 seconds on each side 3 times through
