It was a full Bachelor Nation family affair!

As Bachelor Nation fans know, Tia Booth got engaged to her boyfriend Taylor Mock at the “Bachelor Live on Stage” show last weekend in Atlanta, Georgia.

Taylor surprised Tia onstage and got down on one knee in front of the thousands of Bachelor Nation fans enjoying the show.

Now, Thomas Jacobs stopped by the “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation” podcast to chat with the co-hosts about how he helped Taylor with his epic proposal.

Thomas started by showing some love to the newly engaged couple, saying, “Taylor, you knocked it out of the park, and Tia, I was so proud of how many times you didn’t swear onstage. That was the most impressive thing! You swore, don’t get me wrong — I just thought there was going to be a lot more of it.”

And Thomas shared that while he isn’t officially a part of the “Bachelor Live on Stage” tour that his girlfriend Becca Kufrin hosts, he’s the “tour hype man.”

He said his original plan was to go to three to five shows, but he’s already been to way more than half of the stops and has plans to hit the road for more.

So naturally, he and Becca helped Taylor with pulling off the engagement.

Thomas said, “Taylor has been a sneaky little minx. This has been in the works for a few weeks, close to a month. We saw the whole timeline come together, and it was up in the air whether the ring would be done in time. Taylor got the ring custom-made exactly like the ring Tia sent him. Very smart man. But he got the ring, so it was all greenlit. That morning during the sound check, we tried to figured out the best way to make it all happen. Finally, we settled on doing it right after intermission. We’d get Taylor mic’ed up and have him surprise Tia onstage.”

The Bachelor Nation star continued, “The funny thing was when Tia was about to go out there to ‘read a date card,’ she was looking around for her man. She kept asking where Taylor was, but we couldn’t say he was getting mic’ed up, so we had to lie to her a little bit. I panicked and said he had a stomach issue and was looking for a bathroom. Sorry, Taylor, that was on me! Finally, Tia just went onstage and then Taylor came on, and the rest is history! It was a special moment that everyone in the theater will remember forever.”

Thomas said he was honored to be a part of it and that “just seeing the whole thing together was incredible.”
