Cheering on Miss Mundo Luquillo!
If you’ve been keeping up with Bachelor Nation star Mari Pepin, you know that she’s currently representing her hometown of Luquillo in the Miss Mundo Puerto Rico pageant.
And this isn’t Mari’s first major pageant: She previously won Miss Maryland USA in 2019 and placed in the Top 10 at Miss USA.
This week, Mari is competing in the most important parts of the Miss Mundo Puerto Rico and has taken to social media to share all the excitement with fans.

Alongside some stunning headshots, the Bachelor Nation star wrote, “Today is the most important day of the entire pageant process. This afternoon I’ll have my interview w the judges. I’m looking forward to letting them get to know me and demonstrating why I would make an effective titleholder! Thank you so much for all of your good luck messages and support!”
She also shared what she wore to the interview and looked absolutely gorgeous in a turquoise blue matching pants and top.

Her fiancé Kenny Braasch, who she got engaged to on Season 7 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” took to Instagram to wish Mari in the competition luck, writing, “Good luck today Mari!” with the kissing emoji.
Mari also shared group photos alongside her fellow contestants as they rocked a variety of different looks.
Last time Mari appeared on the “Talking It Out with Bachelor Nation” podcast, she opened up about the stigma associated with pageants and why it’s far from the truth.

She said, “There is a huge stigma about pageantry in general. People think it’s just about physical beauty or that it’s just a bunch of girls that run around in swimsuits. And while those are a part of the competition, it’s not just based on the physical aspect. We are in pageantry because we’re passionate, we’re driven, we’re hardworking. This is hard work.”
We are continuing to wish Mari luck as she competes this week, and we’re hoping she takes home the crown!
