Olumide Onajide Reveals Why He Works Out, Plus: His Full Body Burnout Exercise to Try at Home

Bachelor Nation fans met Olumide Onajide, aka Olu, on Season 18 of “The Bachelorette.”
Since then, he’s been sharing his life with fans on social media, where he frequently posts his impressive workouts.
Recently, Olu shared the reasons why he works out as much as he does and how fitness keeps him both physically and mentally strong.

Alongside a post of him running sprints across a field, he wrote, “Reasons why I workout: 1. Decreases risk of health conditions. 2. Boost confidence in every aspect of life. 3. I want to live as long as possible and be there for my future kids and see their offspring. 4. I am a fitness addict. Let’s work!”
And if you’ve been wanting to work out like Olu but his workouts (like the one below) intimidate you, he recently shared one that’s a bit more accessible.

Alongside a video of him doing the exercise, Olu wrote that this exercise is “slider plank jacks w/ resistance for the ladies!”
He shared the areas this move targets, saying it’s great for your core, arms, glutes, and thighs… so basically, it’s a great full-body movement!
