Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of white miso paste
3 tablespoons of honey
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
2-3 tablespoons freshly grated ginger
2 (6-ounce) salmon fillets, about 1 to 1.5 inches thick
Recipe
In a bowl, whisk together the miso, honey, soy sauce, grated ginger root, and freshly squeezed lemon juice until well combined and smooth.
Place the salmon filets in a shallow bowl and spoon the miso marinade over them. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap (or aluminum foil), and transfer to the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 420 degrees.
After the fish is done in the fridge, transfer the filets to an aluminum-lined baking pan (or simply place on a baking sheet) and bake for 13 minutes exactly (give or take, but I swear 13 kills it)!
Remove from the oven at the 13-minute mark and serve with Parmesan-crusted asparagus, charred, roasted broccoli, and white rice. Delish!
