Bachelor Nation fans saw Clayton Echard and Susie Evans find love on Season 26 of “The Bachelor.”
Since their time on the show, the two have moved in together and have been sharing their life with fans on social media.
This week, Susie took to Instagram to share a full-body workout that Clayton says left him on the floor.
Alongside a video of her doing the exercise routine, Susie wrote, “This is a really quick way to knock out a total body workout in a hotel gym! I’m no professional but happy to share what works for me.”
She continued on, saying, “I’ve struggled with consistency considering some lifestyle changes this past year. My mental and physical health goals have changed quite a bit to help my goals feel attainable. Sometimes just getting in a quick workout on the go is exactly what I need to feel good about personal progress.”

Susie’s 40-minute hotel workout consists of the following:
15-minute incline walk
3 rounds of 12 reverse lunges and 10 jackknifes
20 jump squats
3 rounds of 10 dumbbell flys and 10 shoulder press
20 jump squats
The video quickly raked in hundreds of thousands of views, and fans flooded the comments saying they wanted to give her workout a try.
One comment was from Susie’s boyfriend Clayton, who gave this workout a try for himself.
He wrote, “The blur at the end ha! And this workout kicked my ass! Thankfully nobody saw me off screen on the floor!”
