Sarah Herron Shares 11-Week Ultrasound Update: ‘He’s the Size of a Large Strawberry’
Growing every day!
Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for Seasons 1 and 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since her time on the Bachelor Nation shows, Sarah has been extremely open with fans about important topics like fertility, egg freezing, limb differences, and mental health.
And throughout the past couple years, Sarah has been particularly open about her and fiancé Dylan’s egg freezing, fertilization, and embryo transfer process.
Then last month, after many high highs and low lows of the IVF process, Sarah revealed that she’s finally pregnant with a baby boy!
Now, the Bachelor Nation star took to Instagram to share an 11-week ultrasound update and show off her growing baby.

Alongside the video, the mom-to-be wrote, “Today was our 11 week ultrasound and baby Brown was napping at first, but woke up to put on a show as soon as he noticed the visitors! 10 fingers, 10 toes!”
Sarah shared that she will be going back for additional testing and ultrasounds next week and will keep us updated.
She wrote, “Next week we’ll be going back for the Nuchal Translucency Test—an ultrasound that measures the amount of fluid behind baby’s neck in the first trimester of pregnancy. Measuring the amount of fluid can help calculate baby’s chances of having a chromosomal or genetic variant.”
Sarah went on, explaining, “Even though baby Brown was already a PGT-M tested embryo, it’s still recommended to run these tests for extra measure. I can’t wait to see him again! He’s the size of a large strawberry!”
