Now, Sarah has been keeping Bachelor Nation fans updated with her pregnancy journey on social media.
Most recently, Sarah answered fan questions about all things pregnancy and opened up about her experience with her body changing.
One person asked, “How has your pregnancy impacted your body image? I’m nervous about this.”
Sarah said, “Some days are easy and some days are hard. I will say pregnancy has definitely changed my relationship with food in a positive way. But catching my changing body in the reflection of a window is still hard some days. Some days I think it’s cute, some days I feel overwhelmed.”

She continued on, saying, “Everyone assures me that this ‘showing/not showing’ stage is the hardest and that once I’m actually noticeably pregnant it gets easier. I think it’s critical that you have self soothing tactics and a support team if you struggle with body image.”
Great advice!
Sarah also shared an update on how she’s feeling now that she’s starting her second trimester.
She said, “I’m starting my second trimester feeling great! My morning sickness is gone, I’m still very sleepy every afternoon, I feel like I’ve eaten Thanksgiving dinner after every meal, but then I get starving an hour later. Overall though, I feel 100%!”
We’re so glad to hear that Sarah is feeling great and thriving in her second trimester! We can’t wait to continue to follow along on her pregnancy journey!
