Tia Booth Shares Postpartum Update with ‘Click Bait’ Crew and Introduces Baby Tatum
Checking in!
In July, Bachelor Nation star Tia Booth and her fiancé Taylor Mock revealed they were expecting their first child together.
Then, on December 6, their baby boy Tatum Booth Mock was born!
Since he was born, Tia has been posting the sweetest photos of her son on social media and sharing postpartum updates.
Now, the Bachelor Nation star is stopping by the “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation” podcast to chat with her co-hosts about life as a new mom.
Tia started off talking to co-host Joe Amabile about the end of her pregnancy and the moment her water broke.

The new mom said, “It was brutal at the end. I was uncomfortable and felt like I couldn’t move. I was scheduled for a C-section on December 17 if he didn’t come on his own before then, but then, thank goodness, my water broke on its own. I wanted the water breaking to be like the movies, all dramatic, but it wasn’t.”
She went on, saying, “I didn’t even know that it broke. We didn’t know what it was, Taylor thought I peed my pants. We just went to bed like normal and woke up the next day and messaged my doctor. I said there was a trickle of something and she told me to go to the OB emergency room because my water broke.”
Joe asked Tia how long she was in labor and what her experience was like at the hospital.

Tia shared that, “Labor was technically 24 hours. I went in Monday morning and I didn’t have him until Tuesday morning, but I wasn’t having contractions, so I had to start that whole process and it took longer. I was even active on social media too! I was posting links. I didn’t want to tell anyone that I was in labor. I wanted it to be a surprise.”
Tia continued, adding, “I was a part of a giveaway and I was posting the giveaway slides. There is so much downtime, and after I got the epidural, I was chilling. There was a Harry Potter marathon on, so we watched Harry Potter. We also watched a few episodes of ‘White Lotus.’ It was actually really chill. It’s an expensive staycation!”
And even after she gave birth, Tia waited a few days to share the news publicly.

She said, “After I had him, babies sleep a lot, so I was posting again as normal, but people were onto me. I waited two days after I gave birth to share the news. Me and Taylor just wanted him to be our little secret for a few days. It was nice not having everything flooding in.”
Tia shared the moment they decided to post the exciting news, saying, “The last night we were in the hospital, they do a date night thing if you request to be in a suite in the hospital, which we did. It was like $150 extra. We got this cute little dinner delivered to us and that’s why I decided to post him. I didn’t post his face right away. I think Taylor posted first; he couldn’t stand it.”
We couldn’t be happier for Tia, Taylor, and little Tatum on their adorable family. We’re continuing to wish Tia the best as she adjusts to motherhood!
