Kaitlyn Bristowe Reflects on Life Lessons Learned from 10 Days Off the Grid in Hawaii

Former Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe is starting off the year on the right foot.
Earlier this month, she took to Instagram to share photos of herself as a child and wrote, “Going to go love on her for a week.”
Now, Kaitlyn is back from her self-reflection and self-discovery adventure in Hawaii and is sharing what she learned.

In a post with photos from her time off the grid, the Bachelor Nation star wrote, “A few thoughts from the last 10 days 💭✨–
— I don’t believe in coincidences
— It’s impossible to fill the loss of your soul with anything, other than yourself
— Forgiveness is for you, not for them
— Reading is better than TV
— Taking a break from your phone will allow you to see more beauty in the world
— Comparison has been robbing me of joy
— Taking yourself on a trip is magic
— Worry is a prayer for something to go wrong
— Hawaii makes me feel some type of way…. Connected
— My spirit guides are bad asses
— Red wine and noodles forever
— True Self care is how you get your power back
— Aging is not scary, the alternative is.”
Kaitlyn also shared more of her experience in another post where she wrote, “I just had the most magical Hawaiian blessing from Kealoha. We sat on a rock and he sang, blew the conch, shared his knowledge, and shared his light. When he asked for my aumakuas (ancestors and spirit guides) to join me, two turtles swam up to us! What an enlightening week it’s been.”
