Kendall Long’s Update About Living in Germany with Fiancé Mitch Sagely: ‘Wonderfully Challenging and Rewarding’
Life overseas!
Bachelor Nation star Kendall Long introduced fans to her boyfriend Mitchell Sagely last April and in November the two got engaged!
Shortly after their engagement, Kendall and Mitch packed their bags and moved to Germany because Mitch received a great job opportunity there.
Now, Kendall is taking to her Instagram Stories for a Q&A about how life in Europe has been so far for the two of them.
Kendall shared her favorite thing about living in Germany so far, saying, “It HAS to be living so close to so many other countries! Mitch and I are planning to travel around quite a bit while we are living here. That and the lifestyle of Europe living with good quality food and easy to use public transportation!”

Another fan asked Kendall why they moved to Germany, and she said, “I moved to Germany with my fiancé shortly after getting engaged. He received a job opportunity here and there are MANY reasons why we chose to move. Life experience, exploring a different culture, doing something that scares us, and traveling the world. So far it has been a wonderfully challenging and rewarding experience!”
And while Kendall and Mitch are loving their lives in Europe, Kendall shared that they do plan on moving back to the States at some point.
She said, “The plan is to return to the US at some point! Mitch and I actually talk about this quite often. We are both very close to our families and want to end up living near them in the future. That being said, we’ve only just begun life in Europe and it’s not only exciting, but there are a lot of advantages of living abroad.”

One person was curious if Kendall’s beloved dog Pistachio would be joining them in Germany.
She said, “I’ve gotten this question a lot understandably and Pistachio is traveling to Germany with my sister on April 22nd! Can’t wait to see him! He has been experiencing some back issues and was quarantined for his rabies vaccine, so the safest way to travel was with someone on a plane, not under the luggage area. Counting down the days!”
