‘The Bachelor’s’ Jess Teases ‘Very Chaotic’ ‘Women Tell All’ and Reveals Her Bachelor Nation BFFs
Opening up.
Bachelor Nation fans got to know Jess on Zach’s season of “The Bachelor,” and now she’s stopping by the “Click Bait with Bachelor” podcast to discuss her time on the show and what fans can expect from “Women Tell All.”
Jess spoke to co-hosts Joe Amabile and Kelley Flanagan about getting cast on the show and what her family and friends thought of her going on “The Bachelor.”
She said, “My friends were so excited for me. They were very encouraging and a great support system for me going into the show. I come from a very traditional Puerto Rican family. I know I don’t look Puerto Rican, but no one in my family has watched the show or even knew what it was about.”

Jess went on, sharing, “When I came back, my mom had researched so much and had watched so many seasons because she didn’t know what it was beforehand. My family was definitely scared and had no idea what ‘The Bachelor’ was at all. Now, my mom loves me and knows I hold myself well, but she was afraid of any hate I would get coming off the show. I think she’s very proud of me and is glad that I did it.”
But going into the show, Jess definitely had some nerves that she shared with Joe and Kelley.
The Bachelor Nation star said, “There were some fears that were inevitable going into the show. I was scared about the women and I was hoping they’d be nice. I was scared of getting my heart broken. It’s hard being away from your family and friends. I was taking that risk by potentially quitting my job, so there were fears going into it. But I’m a big believer in if the opportunity presented itself and I was ready for it, to go at it.”
Thankfully, Jess said, Season 27 was such a wonderful group of women and she’s still very close with many of the girls.

Jess said, “I got so lucky. Everyone is so sweet. The girls that I talk with pretty much every day are Kat, Ariel, Gabi, Kaity, and Genevie. It was very exciting to see everyone again at ‘Women Tell All.’ It was fun, very chaotic and definitely entertaining for the viewers. Everyone should be excited.”
Joe and Kelley asked Jess to tease a little more about what fans can expect from ‘WTA’ next week.
She said, “I was kind of removed from all of the drama in the house, but I know some of the women needed closure on their situations with each other. I think everyone in there said their piece and was able to kind of get that closure. I feel like Kat and Brooklyn came to a very good understanding at the end.”
We’ll have to tune in next Tuesday at 8 p.m. on ABC to find out! Until then, check out the full episode of “Click Bait” below.
