Fans saw Dean Unglert and Caelynn Miller-Keyes’ relationship unfold on Season 6 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”

The two left the show together and have been in love ever since! The “Paradise” alumni got engaged last year and are currently planning their wedding together.

Now, the couple just stopped by the “Click Bait with Bachelor Nation” podcast to share some advice for singles heading to “Paradise” this summer.

Caelynn revealed that her biggest piece of advice for Bachelor Nation couples is to stay offline and not read the comments after coming off the show.

She said, “I’ve said this a bunch and I think it’s really important when you’re starting a relationship within the Bachelor franchise. The most important thing to do is not look or read anything people are saying about you. It is hard to do, but I think that was such a big thing in our relationship. We just didn’t listen to anyone else.”

Dean agreed with his fiancée and shared how it actually made them stronger.

He said, “It made us stronger. Seeing people talk cr*p for whatever reason that they were talking cr*p just made me hold on even tighter to her, which I think was nice. It sucks to see those things that people are saying about you, but at the same time, it made us stronger. That’s true, so I agree with Caelynn.”

Dean also shared advice as someone who’s been on multiple Bachelor Nation shows.

He said, “I was on ‘Paradise’ twice and did ‘Winter Games’ once and I did ‘Bachelorette,’ so I’m very experienced. I would say the thing that separated my last experience from the first three was that I went in sober. I didn’t drink on the beach, which I think was a good idea for me. I was just like, ‘This is me, take it or leave it.’ If you want me great, if you don’t, I didn’t care less. I walked in not caring what anyone thought of me, not to the point where I was being selfish, but I just wanted to be myself.”

Dean shared a common mistake that some people make when coming on the shows.

He said, “A lot of people get caught up in being the best version of themselves for television, which I fully understand wanting to put your best foot forward, but a lot of people get lost in that. They start being something that maybe they’re not entirely, so then you get off the show and you start exposing parts of yourself that you didn’t show because you were trying to be this best self. You should obviously strive to be your best self all the time, but I think honesty is the biggest thing for me there.”

The Bachelor Nation star went on, saying, “I walked in saying I lived in my van and moved out of my house and I didn’t have a job. I had that ridiculous mustache and I hadn’t showered in a month and a half. Truthfully, that is who I am, and Caelynn can attest. I like being dirty, I like going out and not being heard from for a few weeks at a time, so for her to see that and still be able to develop feelings for me was a big step in the right direction for us. When we got off the show, there weren’t any major surprises after the fact.”
