Susie Evans Looks Back on Week at Wellness Retreat: ‘Found a New Path’
Finding inner peace.
Bachelor Nation fans got to know and love Susie Evans on Season 26 of “The Bachelor,” and the fan favorite recently moved to Los Angeles.
Now, Susie just took her hundreds of thousands of followers along for the journey as she took a week off the grid to prioritize her mental health and well-being.
Susie visited The Aeriel Wellness Retreat center in the British Virgin Islands for a week of guided writing, environmental healing, red light therapy, immunity-boosting treatments, spa therapy, and more.
Alongside videos of the stunning retreat center, Susie wrote, “Would you take a week of your life to reset and focus on your mental and physical wellness? Excited to take this time to set intentions and refocus my energy to move in a direction that feels aligned for me. Follow along this week as I experience some self discovery and the beauty of @theaerialbvi.”
Susie shared special moments from throughout her time at The Aeriel Wellness Retreat and shared that her goal for the week was to hone in on “clarity.”
She posted a photo from a workshop and wrote, “This session helped me further see where I am aligned and where I want to see myself grow. I had some pretty massive takeaways from this discussion. One being about some of the day to day things I do/participate in that are only really obstacles to becoming my best version of me. Going to be thinking deeper on this over the next few weeks to better align with myself and the future I desire.”

Susie also posted a video as her time at the retreat came to a close and she reflected back on what she learned.
The Bachelor Nation star wrote, “Not lost but instead found a new path. I mentioned a few days ago that we would each set intentions at the beginning of the week. To keep it short and sweet, the word I chose at the beginning of this was clarity. Feeling grateful everyday to be here and all the clarity that has come from the exercises we’ve taken on @theaerialbvi.”
