This Week in Bachelor Nation History: Hannah Brown Begins Her Journey as the Bachelorette

This week in Bachelor Nation history, we’re looking back on the moment when Hannah Brown started her journey as the Season 15 Bachelorette.
During the premiere episode, Hannah said, “Being the Bachelorette is so surreal,” and she admitted that she was still wondering “Why me?” about being chosen as the leading lady.
Hannah kicked off her season with a ride around Alabama yelling “Roll Tide” and a girls chat with fellow Bachelor Nation stars Demi Burnett and Katie Morton before meeting her men.
Once it was finally time for Hannah to meet her men, Garrett was the first to come out of the limo and meet the Bachelorette.
Then we met Mike, Jed, Tyler C., Dylan, Connor S., Devin, and John Paul Jones, who all tried to wow Hannah and make a lasting first impression.
One of the most memorable entrances was Joe’s, aka the Box King, who arrived in a box.
He jumped out of the package and said, “Hannah, this package isn’t complete without you!” and added, “I just want you to know you check all of my boxes.”
That’s one way to make an impression!
Hannah was impressed by tractors, fence jumps, crowns, pizzas, roller skates, and more as her 30 men introduced themselves to her one by one.
Once they were inside, Luke P. was the first to grab Hannah for a chat, and upon meeting her, he confessed that he’s “seriously really, really into” her.
Cam received the first kiss of the season, but before Hannah could hand out her First Impression Rose, Demi and Katie sneakily showed up to the Bachelor Mansion in a stakeout van.
The two revealed that a woman on social media told Demi that one of Hannah’s men had a girlfriend as of the week of filming.
Demi eventually confronted Hannah about Scott, the contestant in question, and while Scott denied having a girlfriend at home, Hannah sent him home.
Eventually Luke P. received Hannah’s First Impression Rose, and at the first Rose Ceremony of the season, Hannah sent home Brian, Chasen, Hunter, Joe, Matt, Ryan, and Thomas.
