Lauren & Arie Luyendyk Celebrate Their Twins’ Birthday: ‘The Twins Are 2!’
Celebrating the twins!
Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham Luyendyk got engaged on Season 22 of “The Bachelor,” and the two later tied the knot in 2019.
Since then, they’ve welcomed three children: Alessi and twins Senna and Lux.
This week, the Bachelor Nation parents celebrated their twins’ second birthday with a sweet party.
The couple took to Instagram to share special moments from the day celebrating 2-year-olds Senna and Lux.
In the video, Arie shared a recap of their day, saying, “Two years old! It’s wild. We got everything ready for this party today and surprised the twins with a petting zoo. Lux was so stoked. Senna was having fun too, just a little bit more cautious and curious. We even got a pony! After some snuggles, Senna was ready to dive in and it was honestly so cute.”
The former Bachelor went on, sharing, “All of their little friends came over and Alessi rode the pony a ton. Alessi was the first one in the petting area and the last to leave. I feel like her passion for animals is rubbing off on the twins too. The homemade cupcakes were definitely a hit. It was so cute to see all the kids around the table. It is so wild that they’re 2 already.”
Their friend Bella who attended the party even adopted one of the animals during the party.
Arie said, “The twins’ birthday will also go down in history as the day our friend Bella became a goat mom. Little Gaston went home in the Tesla that day. After we said goodbye to the animals, we pulled out this waterslide that we got. It was a hit for the big kids as well as the babies. Even Lauren and I had to try it out and Lauren was way more graceful. It was such a fun day and we’ll always remember it.”
