Susie Evans Dishes on Dating in L.A. and Reveals If She Has a New Man in Her Life
Dating update!
Bachelor Nation fans saw Susie Evans and Clayton Echard find love on Season 26 of “The Bachelor,” and after the show, they moved in together in Virginia.
Susie and Clayton eventually split last October, but have been continuing to support each other on social media since their breakup.
Now, Susie is living in Los Angeles and just took to Instagram for a Q&A with her hundreds of thousands of followers.
During the Q&A, one fan said, “We need updates on ‘the guy!’” and Susie simply wrote, “We’ll see about that…”
But she did open up more about dating in L.A. in general saying, “Rumor on the streets is that dating in L.A. is a nightmare. Everyone has a roster, no one wants commitment, and people ghost all the time. Honestly though, I haven’t had a negative experience, but I believe the others that have.”
Susie went on saying, “I think a lot of people come to L.A. for their careers and get hyper-focused on that, so relationships take a back seat. Which it’s okay to say if you are honest about it. Sometimes people are just sh*tty and don’t make their intentions clear and that’s the ultimate criminal offense in dating. Just be upfront and honest, ya know?”
The Bachelor Nation star also shared what she misses most about her life in Virginia.
She said, “Family and friends. That’s like the biggest thing, that’s a big one. I obviously love where I’m from, I think Virginia is the most beautiful state, I love it. But the only part that actually makes it hard is being away from family and friends. I miss my niece and nephew so much. My brother, my sister, my parents, they are literally my best friends.”
Susie continued adding, “Then my childhood best friends have moved back to the area and are starting families of their own, so I feel a lot of times like I’m missing out on all of that. That is really hard. I’m just going to make the effort to try to get home as much as possible, speaking of, I’m looking at flights right now to go home in a couple of weeks.”
