Best Overall Lewk
It’s hard not to give it to Sean for the sheer variety of unusual and memorable choices he brought to this episode. The glasses! The cardigan. The starched collar! The Patagonia vest! The hair gel! I felt like I was getting a two-for-one every time this guy popped on my screen — romantic drama and fashion drama — so I’m very grateful to him for that.
Best Dressed
Dotun with that gold paisley shirt he wore on his date with Charity was everything! It’s not an easy feat to find an outfit that both stands out and also looks natural, and that fits the New Orleans theme without looking clichéd. I wore a similar shirt the last time I was in New Orleans, but without the jacket I just ended up looking like an extra in “Night at the Roxbury.”
Best Accessories
I miss Brayden and his earrings! This week, though, I have to give it to Sean for rocking a pair of large tortoise shell glasses. They are very much in style and complement his face. Beware, though, that if you pair it with a cardigan like Sean did, you might end up looking like a villain from “Good Will Hunting.”
Best Grooming
It’s gotta be either Sean or Tanner, who probably both spent more time coiffing their hair than they did preparing for their date. Like Charity, I’m also having a difficult time choosing between the two. I ultimately have to go with Sean here, though, with his Johnny Bravo hair.
Best Serve
WHO DAT? It’s Dotun in a Mardi Gras tutu! I love seeing guys embrace their inner camp, but, honestly, it was the sheer joy Dotun and Charity shared while running together that really elevates the look. Dotun said it was his first time wearing a tutu. I have a feeling that it won’t be his last time in one if he ends up with Charity.
