1.  A taboo topic I love talking about is: Mental health. Especially with guys these days because most of us just push everything down deep and it’s healthy and important to talk it out.

2.  My guilty pleasure is: Ordering a dozen freshly baked cookies to my apartment on a Tuesday night for no apparent reason.

3.  The best relationship advice I ever received was: Marry your best friend.

4.  My zodiac sign is ___________ and my most [insert zodiac sign] trait would be: Pisces, and my most Pisces trait would be that I am overly optimistic who sees the good in everyone.

5.  My biggest pet peeve is: If I hear you chewing and smacking your lips!!!

6.  The first thing I do when I wake up is: Take a moment to myself and breathe. Remind myself to be grateful.

7.  My last meal on earth would be: Pizza and wings! Yum.

8.  The song that always gets me pumped up is: Any Fred Again… or Morgan Wallen song. All I listen to is electronic and country music.

9.  My hidden talent is: I’m an expert in teaching at home workouts.

10.  My current phone screensaver is: My trip to Joshua Tree, watching the sunset. I love to travel.

11.  The person that inspires me the most is: My family. Everyone is so kind to others and everyone works extremely hard. They continue to inspire me to be a better human.

12.  The movie I’ve rewatched the most is: “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” or “I Love You, Man.”

13.  The last thing I Googled is: Summer concerts near me.

14.  Being on “The Bachelorette” taught me: How important it is to be vulnerable when trying to find your person.

15.  My celebrity crush is: Jennifer Aniston!

16.  My advice for anyone who goes on “The Bachelorette” is: If you stay true to yourself, remain patient, and trust the process, you will leave with no regrets and the experience of a lifetime.

17.  If I had to hang out with only three people from Bachelor Nation for the rest of my life, it would be: Impossible to pick. I love the guys from our season. “Red Wine Joey” is a shoo-in, though!

18.  Something I still have from my time on “The Bachelorette” is: The note that Warwick left me before he went on his one-on-one with Charity.
