Colton Underwood & Becca Tilley Support Gabby Windey After Coming Out: ‘Super Proud’
Feeling the love.
As fans know, in August, Gabby Windey went public with her relationship with comedian Robby Hoffman and publicly came out as bisexual.
Since then, Gabby and Robby have been sharing their adorable relationship on social media and have attended Bachelor Nation events together, and we can’t get enough of these two!
Now, fellow LGBTQ+ Bachelor Nation stars are speaking out in support of Gabby’s bravery in sharing her relationship publicly.
At a celebrity pickleball tournament, Colton Underwood spoke to “E! News,” saying, “I’m super proud and excited for her. I’m just extremely proud of anybody from the franchise or any of the TV and reality world that gets to live their truth.”
Two years after leading a Bachelor Nation show, Colton also came out as gay and said he knows what Gabby is “going through” and added that it’s “really important” for queer people to be visible in the world.
Becca Tilley, who is famously dating singer Hayley Kiyoko, was also at the event and spoke to the outlet about Gabby’s coming out.
She said, “It makes me so happy — outside of Bachelor Nation and in Bachelor Nation — people feeling comfortable to be able to love who they love and let themselves have connections with people that maybe they didn’t expect to have.”
Becca continued on, adding, “Being able to feel brave enough and safe enough to do it is so important. I’m so glad that we’re part of that conversation.”
Becca shared that she and Gabby had a “sweet” conversation online after Gabby posted about her relationship with Robby.
Becca explained, “When she came out, I did reach out to her and I said, ‘I’m so happy for you. Congratulations.’ And she said something along the lines of, ‘You’ve paved the way, Becca. Thank you.’”
