Sydney Hightower Warner & Husband Fred Warner Looked Back on Her Football Bachelor Date
Throwing it back!
Fans first met Bachelor Nation star Sydney Hightower Warner on Season 24 of “The Bachelor,” and while things didn’t work out with Peter Weber, Sydney has continued to share her life with fans on social media.
Shortly after her time on “The Bachelor,” Sydney met NFL star Fred Warner, and the two have been inseparable since.
Sydney and Fred got married last year and they host a podcast together called “The Warner House.”
On a recent episode, Sydney looked back on a fun Bachelor Nation moment as her husband was getting ready to play the Cleveland Browns at their stadium
Alongside a video from their podcast, the couple wrote, “The 49ers are off to Cleveland this week, where Fred has never played… but Syd has!”
In the clip, Sydney looked back at a Bachelor Nation date, saying, “You’re going to play the Cleveland Browns and you’ve never played in that stadium. I actually have played a little football myself in that stadium, though. I did when I was on ‘The Bachelor.’ It was a powder puff football game and I was the quarterback.”
Fred was shocked that Sydney played quarterback for the team, but she said, “I was QB1, leader of the women. I’ve got an arm on me.”
The NFL star chimed back in agreeing with Sydney, saying, “I’ve seen you throw the ball a little bit. You can throw.”
Sydney shared more details about the date, saying, “I was in full pads, helmet, the whole thing. I was scared! There was one girl who was just coming for me, coming for my throat. I was so scared! I would literally just throw the ball and run as fast as I could in the opposite direction. That was a good memory, but hopefully you can take it to Cleveland and do better than I did.”
