Sarah Herron Celebrates First Wedding Anniversary with Husband Dylan Brown & Everything They’ve Overcome: ‘We Survived’

Bachelor Nation first met Sarah Herron on Season 17 of “The Bachelor,” and she returned to our screens for Seasons 1 and 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
After many highs and lows of her IVF journey, Sarah shared earlier this year that she and her husband Dylan Brown have welcomed twin girls.
The little ones spent four weeks in the NICU, as they were born at 32 weeks, but have now been happily at home since the beginning of the month.
Sarah and Dylan also bought their first home together earlier this year and just celebrated their first wedding anniversary!
This week, Sarah took to Instagram to write a note of love and appreciation for Dylan, celebrating everything they’ve gone through together as husband and wife so far.
Alongside various photos from the year, she wrote, “One year ago, at river mile 74 of the Grand Canyon, we said our vows in an impromptu elopement. The subsequent year that has followed has not been unlike the river itself; full of twists and turns, rapids, and calm waters.”
The Bachelor Nation star went on to say, “We survived lava falls, a month in the NICU, purchasing a home, and our first year of marriage! We continue to read the river, one rapid after the next as a team, and I’m so grateful to be on this river of life with you.”
Fellow Bachelor Nation alum Lesley Murphy commented on Sarah’s post, saying, “Happy anniversary you two!!! What a year. Love y’all!”
We couldn’t agree more and are wishing heartfelt congratulations to Sarah and Dylan on their first year as husband and wife!
We can’t wait to continue to watch their adorable family as their little ones grow!
