1. A taboo topic I love talking about is: Mental health! I’m always open and honest about my experiences with mental health because everyone is dealing with something... and it allows others to truly understand you and your story! Being vulnerable is a sign of true strength 💪

2. I think a celebrity couple that is the definition of #relationshipgoals is: Easily Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds... Their banter is unmatched!

3. My guilty pleasure is: Driving, windows down, with Taylor Swift sing-alongs in the car (so many bangers...) 🎶🔥

4. The best relationship advice I ever received was: Be with someone who challenges you every day to be a better version of yourself — you should always be growing together!

5. My zodiac sign is ___________ and my most [insert zodiac sign] trait would be: Aquarius — and the most Aquarius trait would be that I’m friendly and loyal (like a golden retriever...👀), always out in the wild with a smile on my face!

6. My biggest pet peeve is: When people are messy and don’t clean up after themselves! Can’t understand how people live in clutter…

7. My last meal on earth would be: So many favorites... but my mother’s homemade risotto can never be topped!

8. The song that always gets me pumped up is: “London Bridge,” Fergie — Fergie Ferg always has great throwbacks🕺

9. My hidden talent is: Baking... (my mother taught me as I grew up!) I try to explore with new recipes as often as I can, and as a bonus, it’s very therapeutic 💆‍♂️

10. The person that inspires me the most is: Both of my parents — their ability to show up every day for my brothers and I when we were younger and continuing to provide us with a loving and supportive home is something I will forever be grateful for!

11. The movie I’ve rewatched the most is: “Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby” — the best one-liners of any movie, always on repeat.

12. The most famous person who has slid into my DMs/followed me on social media is: Absolutely no one... (I’m still a nobody 😂) but hey, Matthew McConaughey, if you wanna grab beers and watch football some time, I’m down 🤝

13. My favorite emoji is: 🥱 — Yawning emoji for sureeee! Everyone knows I’m notorious for being sleepy all of the time, but it can be used to throw a little sass into the conversation when needed.

14. The last thing I Googled is: “Top Scenic Marathon Routes in the World.” I’m out here trying to find another excuse to travel oopsss... Looks like I’m going to be heading back to Australia for my next race 👀

15. My favorite part of being on “The Bachelorette” was: Seeing Jenn’s reaction when I stepped out of the limo with 2 black Lab puppies... That shock and smile on her face was something I’ll never forget! Also, the fact that I got to hang out with them while in the limo was a nice little bonus, so cute! 🐶

16. Being on “The Bachelorette” taught me: How to be comfortable being in uncomfortable situations (because we were in them constantly!). It made me realize there’s so many things in life that you’ll be afraid to do, but usually those are the moments you’ll look back on and be grateful for after you did them.

17. My advice for anyone who goes on “The Bachelorette” is: Don’t forget your name when you come out of the limo 😂... Jokes aside, though, enjoy the ride and make the most of every moment because you’ll never get another opportunity as unique as this one!!

18. If I had to hang out with only three people from Bachelor Nation for the rest of my life, it would be: Rachel Recchia, Hannah Brown, and Tyler Cameron. Rachel and Hannah seem to have the most bubbly personalities while being really easy to get along with, while Tyler seems like a guys’ guy and could hang with the boys 🍻

19. Something I still have from my time on “The Bachelorette” is: My first rose — even though it might not be as pretty and beautiful as I got it, it’s never leaving 🌹
