Tyler Cameron Reveals How He Met Girlfriend Tate Madden and Why They’ve Stayed Private for So Long

Bachelor Nation fans saw Tyler Cameron look for love on Season 15 of “The Bachelorette” with leading lady Hannah Brown.
Since his time on the show, Tyler’s dating life has been in the spotlight and fans have wanted to know if he’s found love again.
A few months ago, he revealed that he has a new girlfriend and we couldn’t be happier for him!
Now, the Bachelor Nation star is opening up to “E! News” in an exclusive interview about how he met his girlfriend Tate Madden and why they’ve kept their relationship private for so long.
When it came to keeping their relationship out of the public eye, Tyler shared that it was an intentional choice.
He said, “I’ve been in this scene before for a long time. People like to nitpick and like to judge and all that. And I’ve dealt with it, but not everyone else has, and that can be a lot. And so I just wanted to make sure we were in a great place before we started that.”
Tyler then went on to explain how he originally met Tate back in 2022 and what led to them eventually dating.
He expressed, “It started off we were just working together. It was always platonic and cool, and she was always the life of the party and fun. Everyone gravitates toward her. She’s just a ball of fun energy, and everyone enjoys being around her.”
Tyler then recalled that he and Tate started developing romantic feelings for each other after spending more time with one another.
He said, “We started hanging out more and dating and, yeah, here we are.”
Tyler also revealed to the outlet that fellow Bachelor Nation star Jason Tartick spotted the kindling romance early on and tried setting the two up on a date.
Tyler shared, “In a deleted scene from ‘Going Home with Tyler Cameron,’ Tate was helping us be a photographer for the images we were using for our Airbnb that we were building. And he was like, ‘I see something here. You better go on a date’... And Jason was right, I gotta admit. Jason had an eye for it.”
