Jake Pavelka Has Found Love 14 Years After ‘The Bachelor’ — Hear the Story!

Bachelor Nation fans got to know Jake Pavelka on Season 5 of “The Bachelorette” and again when he returned to our screens for Season 14 of “The Bachelor” as the leading man.
Jake proposed to Vienna Girardi at the end of his season, but unfortunately the couple split a few months later.
Since his time on the shows, Jake has kept fans updated with his life as an airline pilot and entrepreneur.
Recently, he appeared on the “Almost Famous Podcast” to chat with guest hosts Bob Guiney and Trista Sutter about his dating life.
Trista asked Jake directly if he’s dating, to which he answered that he’s not. “I’m not dating. There’s a good reason for it,” Jake shared.
Trista inquired if he’s married or engaged and the former Bachelor answered, “Not yet.” Jake then confirmed that he is currently in a relationship with someone.
“Her name is Amy. We met on Bumble in January and I actually flew an airplane from Dallas to Santa Barbara and I turned my Bumble on because I was talking to somebody else in Dallas and we matched in the 15 minutes that I turned it on when I was in California,” he shared.
Jake continued and told a little bit more about what intrigued him in the beginning of his and Amy’s relationship.
He said, “I was saying that I’m not looking for a long-distance relationship and she said something kind of fun like, ‘Well, you couldn’t handle it anyway,’ and I was like, ‘Whoa, okay!’”
Jake then shared that he thinks she may be the one and revealed, “This is probably the girl. I mean she’s wonderful. So wonderful.”
Trista then asked how many years apart in age they are and Jake answered, “We’re six years apart… Very close.”
Jake also revealed that Amy had never seen his season of “The Bachelor” when Trista and Bob asked if she watched the show.
“I swear, everyone who meets somebody afterwards I feel like they didn’t watch the show,” Trista said.
We are so glad Jake is happy and can’t wait to hear more about this blossoming relationship.
