Bachelor Nation fans got to watch fan-favorite couple Kaity Biggar and Zach Shallcross fall in love and get engaged on Season 27 of “The Bachelor.”
Since then, the two have been enjoying their lives in Austin, Texas, with their dog Honey, and officially tied the knot last year with a Bachelor Nation exclusive wedding video.
The couple loves to keep fans updated with their lives online, and this week Kaity took to her Instagram Story to answer questions about their relationship.
During a fan Q&A, one person asked when the couple is planning to have kids and the Bachelor Nation star revealed their timeline is soon.
Over a sweet video of her hugging a loved one’s baby, Kaity teased, “Hopefully sometime this year! 🤭”
Kaity also shared an update on their new house and when she and Zach are hoping to move in.
She said, “The house has windows and a bit of siding right now!! We have our open wall tour on the 26th!! I’ll give you guys an update then! They project that it’s going to be ready May/June. I seriously cannot wait to decorate it. 🤗”
Another person asked how the couple is going to celebrate their first wedding anniversary, and Kaity shared they’re going on a getaway.
She said, “We chose to celebrate our first year anniversary in MAINE!!! Please send all the recs 🩷”
The Bachelor Nation star also revealed that while she no longer wears the engagement ring Zach gave her during the “Bachelor” finale, she has special plans for it.
“We are holding onto it for now,” she wrote. “We might make something else out of it because it is a very sentimental ring to us.”
