Bachelor Nation fans watched Kaity Biggar and Zach Shallcross fall in love and get engaged on Season 27 of The Bachelor.
Since then, the fan-favorite couple has been loving life together in Austin, Texas, with their adorable dog, Honey.
Last year, the two officially tied the knot and bought their first home together that they’re currently building!
Now, Zach and Kaity have decided to add special, personalized touches to the inside of their house while it’s still being constructed.
In a new video posted on Instagram, Kaity shared, “My husband and I just bought a new home and we’re going to write some things on the beams of the house that are meaningful to us.”
The Bachelor Nation stars then showed some of the wishes for their new home, which included things like, “May everyone who enters feel loved & welcomed,” “Growing old together starts here,” and “May this home be filled with laughter.”
The two kept writing meaningful wishes around their new home and Kaity focused on one that said, “May we grow together here, celebrate often, forgive quickly, and always find our way back to each other.”
Kaity shared in her caption how much this next stage of their life means to her and how long she’s been waiting for it.
She said, “I’ve dreamed of this phase of life since I was a little girl, and my heart feels fuller than I ever imagined 🥹🩷I’m so excited for this chapter @zachshallcross 😘”
Loved ones and followers filled the comments with their support, writing things such as, “This is so darn sweet!!” and “So excited for you two!!! Can't wait to celebrate your home when it's all finished ❤️😍”
