Ali Fedotowsky Manno Gets Candid About Cosmetic Surgery, Botox, and More

Bachelor Nation fans got to know Ali Fedotowsky-Manno on Season 14 of “The Bachelor,” and again when she returned to our screens for Season 6 of “The Bachelorette” as the leading lady.
Since her time on the shows, Ali married her husband Kevin Manno in 2017 and gave birth to their two kids, Molly and Riley.
Ali has been keeping fans updated with her life online and recently relocated her family to San Diego.
This week, the Bachelor Nation star took to her Instagram Story to get candid about cosmetic surgery, Botox, and more.
While answering fan questions on her Instagram page, Ali honestly responded to a follower asking if she’s had any Botox or facial plastic surgery done.
She said, “Yes, I get Botox. I get it in my forehead and around my eyes and above my upper lip.”
Ali continued and explained more about her Botox procedures and why she gets it.
She said, “It’s called a ‘lip flip’ where it makes your lip look more full by flipping it out. And makes your smile look less gummy. It’s all super easy, but I will say the lip flip is by far the most painful.”
The former Bachelorette then revealed that while she’s considered it, she has not gotten any plastic surgery done on her face.
“No, I haven’t had plastic surgery on my face. I have thought about it. But I’m too nervous about it. Although one day, I might do an upper bleph (upper eyelid skin removal). But not anytime soon,” she admitted.
