Spencer Conley Documents Jess Edwards’ First Day of Running in Hilarious New Video
Day one!
Bachelor Nation saw Spencer Conley and Jess Edwards fall in love and get engaged on Season 10 of “Bachelor in Paradise.”
Since then, the two have been keeping fans updated with their adventures online and enjoying their lives as a couple.
The Bachelor Nation stars recently found a home together in Texas and moved in at the end of last year.
And now, Spencer has taken to social media to share an interesting fact about his fiancée.
In a new video, he revealed that Jess had not run before and documented her first day of running.
He said, “I run a ton, my fiancée doesn’t run at all. This is her first day running. We are going to go intervals of running for five minutes, walking for three. We’re going to see how it goes.”
Spencer then filmed Jess’ experience as they ran multiple laps together, asking her updates on how she’s feeling as they progressed.
He encouraged her, saying, “That’s okay, we all start somewhere. This is good.” And after a few laps Jess expressed, “I’m out of breath, sweating. My legs are starting to feel a little wiggly… Halfway done.”
The two continued running together and laughing as Jess progressively cussed more the further they ran.
Once they finished, Spencer asked, “First run in the books. Honey, how are we feeling?” and Jess jokingly replied, “I need my inhaler.”
The Bachelor Nation star captioned his video, “A story of perseverance, tenacity and overcoming adversity.. the grittiest 2.1 miles I’ve ever seen. Don’t let anyone tell you that you can’t do it. YOU CAN!”
And followers filled the comments with their love for the couple and this hilarious but supportive video.
