Bio
Travis Stork, a 33-year-old ER doctor who practices at Vanderbilt Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee, has a true passion for helping people.
After graduating Magna Cum Laude from Duke University, Travis earned his MD from University of Virginia.
The hunky, 6’4” doctor is a favorite with all the nurses at Vanderbilt. However, the Ft. Collins, Colorado native, who moved around a lot in his childhood, has a traditional Midwest upbringing and yearns to have the type of relationship that he has seen played out during his parents’ 37-year-long romance.
Travis considers himself a simple guy with simple pleasures, which he thinks accounts for his being a happy person. When he has time to take off, he’s is a huge outdoors enthusiast. A real devotee of mountain and road biking, he also enjoys kayaking and hiking.
His parents, Roger and Donna Stork, who are now both retired, along with his older sister, Andrea, who watches the show religiously, encouraged him to take this once in a lifetime opportunity.
