Travis Stork Shares Workout Tips for Those Who 'Struggle' to Stay Motivated

The Season 8 Bachelor celebrated the big 4-9 on Tuesday by treating his Instagram followers to a special gift: solid tips for anyone having a tough time on their fitness journey.
“Do you struggle with getting to the gym? I have two quick tips for you,” the handsome physician and former “Doctors” host wrote alongside video footage of himself breaking a sweat while emphasizing the efficiency of jumping rope.
“Create a designated exercise space,” he continued. “Whether it’s your living room, garage, or backyard, designate an area where you can move freely and get your blood pumping.”
Addressing those in need of a motivation boost, Travis offered one way to make jump roping more interesting.
“Change up the jump,” he advised. “People tend to jump rope in a forward motion. Everything in our lives we do leaning forward, but when you jump rope backward, your body is doing so many things simultaneously to counteract that motion.”
